Caramelized Peaches with Fresh Rosemary

Halve and pit 4 ripe medium peaches. In a large skillet, on medium high heat, heat 1/4 cup olive oil. Stir in 1/4 cup honey. Place peaches, cut sides down, in hot oil-honey mixture. Reduce heat to medium, cook for 5 minutes.
On low heat, add 2 tablespoons juice from a fresh orange, and 2 teaspoons snipped rosemary. Gently turn peaches and cook 5 more minutes.
Turn, again, lower heat to the lowest setting and cover, allowing peaches to caramelize more while kept warm.
