Boozy Peaches

Toast pecans; set aside.
Toss into peaches 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Let set to get juicy, 30 minutes.
Whip 1 cup heavy whipping cream, thicken, then beat in 4 teaspoons dark brown sugar. Add 4 teaspoons bourbon; beat until soft peaks form.
Fill dessert glasses.
Layer the peaches, cream, toasted pecans; repeat.
