Prune Clafoutis ~

In addition, beat in 1/8 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar plus 1 tablespoon,
1 scant cup of milk, 1 scant cup of sour cream or creme fraiche, pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons softened salted butter.
Lay prunes in the bottom of a buttered dish; pour over the batter and bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar over the top as it cools.
