Baked or Cup Custard ~

My little boy, Drew, loves this custard served with fruit and bacon for breakfast.
Whisk 1/3 cup honey into 2 cups whole milk.
Beat in 3 eggs, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.
Pour into a buttered baker or into several buttered baking custard cups. Place molds in a pan of water, bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
