This is excellent for on beef burgers, hotdogs, or just on the side with a grilled salmon steak.
The Ginger-Lime Coleslaw Revolution ~
~ adapted from Patio Daddy-O ~
Measure into a large bowl– 2 tablespoons hot sauce, 1/3 cup rice vinegar, 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons kosher salt…
then both oils– vegetable and sesame.
Add the scallions,
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice,
the ginger,
and grate 3 or 4 carrots.
Shred the cabbage.
Mix altogether; add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
