Fall Chocolate Bark

Fall Chocolate Bark ~
~ Skirt in the Kitchen ~
Choose this, 3.5 ounces…
Take this, same weight, but chili flavored…  and 12 ounces milk chocolate.  Have ready to melt together, combining well.
Use cherry-flavored smoked bacon– a must, you won’t regret it.  Fry it.  Drain it.  Crumble it.
Like a double-boiler effect, bring just a little water to a boil over the stove.  Set a a pan inside the larger one filled with water.  Place all the chocolate into the pan and let it melt, stirring consistently.  Steam the chocolate to a smooth melt.
Add crumbled bacon, 3-4 slices.
Stir.

Add part of the wasabi beans; blend.
Line with parchment paper, a bar pan, pour chocolate onto the paper.  Lay the sugared mango strips down first, then the wasabi beans and pistachio nuts…
and golden raisins.  Sprinkle on some Fall decorating sugar, along with smoked or roasted ground cinnamon.
Set to cool completely before placing in the freezer.
Sprinkle with JIM BEAM red STAG before cooling– or add to melted chocolate right before spreading onto parchment paper.

Love Lady A…

“I just want everyone to know I have the best wife in the world…  Seriously– I know people say that all the time, but I acted like a complete mildew stain lastnight, and my attitude was about as good as rotten hamburger meat and spoiled eggs, and she was being very sweet and all she could do to help me.  Thank you, Baby, and I’m sorry but you might want to call an electrician…  Love you… ”

“BLOOD BOUGHT”
