Not a secret, everybody knows it…
Everybody knows chocolate goes goody-yummy on bread… on good bread, that is.
Slice 1 baguette–
Toast in the oven for a couple of minutes, alternating sides quickly.
Drizzle with olive oil, then melt chocolate– your favorite kind, (semi-sweet, bitter-sweet, milk chocolate– your pick) but just make sure it’s a good percentage of cacoa–
Place back in the oven for a quick melt.
To switch it up, try a little sprinkle of powderd sugar over bitter-sweet chocolate…
