Popovers ~

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butter a 6-cup popover tin or jumbo-size muffin pan.
Blend 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 scant teaspoons kosher salt.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups whole milk. Add to combine 3 eggs, one at a time, being careful not to overmix. Let there be lumps.
Fill halfway, bake 20 minutes; turn down heat to 350 degrees and bake approximately 20 minutes longer.
