Chocolate Chip Cookies

Blend 1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour,
1 cup quinoa flour,
1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt,
1 teaspoon wheat germ,
(Don’t be apt to get the wrong idea.)
First, process hemp hearts (find at your local health food store); add 1/2 teaspoon.
In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup agave nectar,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 3 tablespoons softened unsalted butter, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar…
Stir in 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips.
