This is quick and easy (and good), just right for summer.
In one pot, throw in 12 ounces linguine, 2 cups thinly sliced onion,
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced, 12 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes,
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, salt and pepper, 4 1/2 cups cold water, and sprigs of basil.
Bring to a boil, then a simmer ’til al denté. Season with more salt and pepper. Add freshly grated Parmesan and more fresh basil.
