~ Skirt in the Kitchen ~
Salt and pepper a beef roast; sear over high heat to brown all sides. Lay over a bed of thick-sliced yellow onion, garlic slices, and 1/2 of a poblano pepper in the bottom of a crock pot. Dowse with ‘Monari Federzoni Glaze with Apple Cider Vinegar’. Cook on low heat until very tender. Remove from the pot, lay meat in a separate dish.
In the liquid of the crock pot, add rice sticks, stirring to saturate and absorb tender.
Season with fresh thyme.
Add and stir in BBQ sauce and Monari– get the right consistency and taste between both sauces.
Tear meat with forks, poblano and onion into pieces;
place back into the pot.
If needed, stir in more BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.
