Choose a good-quality white chocolate, several 4.4-ounce bars.
Gradually melt, add the red food coloring paste immediately.
Wash and dry Pink Lady apples. Swirl into the pink-colored chocolate. Quickly drip pure almond extract over each apple when placed on wax paper. The almond extract and the pop rocks make this apple worth being candied.
Adorn and let set for a while before biting into or cutting into portions.
