Are you a Frankenstein kind of gal? If you’re a male reading this, is your wife/girlfriend– a Frankenstein kind of gal?– If so, you’d/she’d be happy, content in my kitchen with the likes of my finds… I like a little rust somewhere. I’m not afraid of dirt, but I do clean THAT!– hopefully more often as I collectively utilize my clock time, giving myself more allowance to clean the cobwebs from the ceilings– better organization of time necessary. Halloween is approaching, so should I just leave them hanging, floating with a breeze coming through the kitchen windows?– Not actually! Yes, permit me to have some humor left… I won’t bite. As far as the description that my husband lovingly gives me, I’m fine with that, too–
Because it’s true– The creepier-looking it is, the better I like it! I like the old stuff, the things people consider junk, what they throw away or what they stand up in yard sales– what nobody wants to hand down to their offspring, lol… Yep, that’s me– Ms. Frankenstein. Could that make me Bride of Dracula? Hmmm… Can we just combine the two and call it even? It’s okay to laugh at my expense, because I’m more than content, lol… (:
Yes, I plan to use this; and I will! I make use of everything in my kitchen. I don’t just collect– I use said items. If it’s not practical for my kitchen, not functional, out the window it goes. Perhaps what one person determines not to be functional for use, I do, would, could and will. But I happen to love vintage, and my dear husband got this for me, my favorite of all pressure cookers. I just have to pay close attention not to blow the top and destroy our kitchen ceiling, or more– These can emulate something of a bomb affect, so… careful use; apply to memory– my own!
As far as I am aware, this set is complete with all its parts. It is a 10-quart set manufactured by the National Pressure Cooker Co in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Model 10, heavy cast aluminum construction with heat resistant handles. Set includes a 20 PSI pressure gauge, 2 hooks, 1 jar rack and 1 steaming/cooking pan. The rack has 2 sets of short and long legs. Measures 10″ in diameter x 11 3/4″ in height, and a metal-to-metal seal. Is in very good condition as well as in good working order.
Now… about those vintage Halloween skulls…
