“Delusional” Thinking

May 7, 2024 By Susan Nuyt Leave a Comment

I’m keeping all my secrets a secret.

I shall, I will, plant an entire lawn of clover for my favorite wild animals.

Nobody knows that you can be reclusively famous. The power of a hidden name while you’re thought of as, “a nobody”.

It’s “delusional” thinking of people who label you “stupid” and “uneducated”–remember that.

People don’t know what they gave up when they gave me up. Let them discard you.

Isolation isn’t really a silent place. It’s not so lonely, there, either.

When you can enjoy being alone, you’ve become your own best friend.

You’re limitless.

You can still lay in the grass on a quilt to watch the clouds float; slow moving pictures and objects you make.

You’re intelligent.

You can be a blessing to yourself.

It’s ‘dé jà vu ‘, not meaningless nothings.

“Here’s your sign”–everywhere.

Be the one who takes yourself serious. You’re relevant. You were never “irrelevant”–cast it to the wind.

Ignore a holiday if you have to for self-care.

You can recover, bounce back, even if it takes you ten years or longer.

Embark on something bold.

A list can go on into the oblivion.

Be a shrewd individual. Not everybody is.

Being present is an understatement.

All is forgiven though still uncalled for. But I’m not God.

A delusional thinking of “sorry” never helped. An authentic apology always did.

You have more to offer and to be given.

You’re a fantastic creature. Don’t forget it.
