The New Normal

March 24, 2020 By Susan Nuyt Leave a Comment

  • Maybe it’s a black and white world, after all; that this is the new normal— no color, no gray matter. Who really knows.
  • Who should speak… ?
  • The truth about religion addiction, omg… scary shit.
  • The hoarding still empties store shelves.
  • No preacher or priest is GOD.
  • Back to narcissism–
  • Please, somebody, let just the scientists/doctors speak about the research of putting this deadly disease to an end— Trump, take a seat.
  • Where are you, Anthony Fauci? I want to hear from only you.
  • But I’ll listen to you, all day, Andrew Cuomo.
  • The world is in a panic–“sorry” for words wrongly or poorly spoken are ‘no longer important’ at the moment– we’re at war with a deadly beast. It’s our enemy.
  • Life and death is a real situation; so is house arrest and quarantine. Take a level.
  • Interesting how blood types are affected differently from COVID-19.
  • Where’s the curve-flat?– where’s the middle seam? Where’s the silver lining if it does exist…
  • We’re living on the edge. Our elderly at high-risk, people with prior health concerns, over-weight/obesity; our youth vaping, smoking anything — sitting ducks for COVID-19.
  • Time is not our friend.
  • Preparation without paranoia.
  • Where is the real hope for our future as a nation, as a world– for our youth, for our elderly who should be given so many more years, too…
  • This is a clusterfuck.
  • Our ‘troops’: healthcare workers.
  • Status quo around us, in a tangent.
  • The Lucille legend of a country music-great, Kenny Rogers, who recently passed away– but not of the virus… the story behind the song. His music was a love story of his life and those he touched.
  • The new ruler of the world, who even halts life celebrations and attended funeral services– COVID-19.
  • Have we all become “hermits”? We currently must.
  • Let people speak their hearts.
  • Our world is forever changed, more and more; the longer that time goes forward.
  • Adapt to change, make provisions.
  • We have things to do at home while we wait and take shelter.
  • We’re analyzed through a pin needle. Every single word has impact more than ever before–
  • Live and love.
