Dirty Corona

March 16, 2020 By Susan Nuyt Leave a Comment

The picture is blurry–because nothing at the moment in our Country, in our world, is clear.

But take a look at the cheerful pollyanna colors– and there’s nothing wrong with that–looking for the positive side of daily living– it’s just… let’s be realistic at the same time. Shall we? ~

Damn straight. It’s needed. Necessary. Valuable.

  • Are we speaking too much, and too often? No.
  • Is the world upside-down, turned “crazy”–? YES.
  • Are people becoming more calloused? Unfortunately.
  • Can you reach your loved ones? Not necessarily. Another misfortune.
  • Can we enjoy a ” ‘Hacienda’ vacay”? Of course!
  • Is it wrong to find humor somewhere in society’s madness? Not at all. Don’t accept the guilt-tripping from media. Please don’t go there.
  • Should we especially at these times look out for e a c h o t h e r? Hell, yeah.
  • Everybody should listen but keep A BALANCE. I’ll be the one here to raise my arm and wave my hand to admit it, take responsibility for myself and for my camp. Who’ll join me on it? ?
  • What do we expect in the next months to come? Nobody really knows. It’s day to day.
  • Can you look out for somebody who is too prideful to receive your words of caution/help?– “You can bring a horse to water but you can’t make him/her drink.”
  • Let’s drink a dirty corona, figuratively, and just be busy as hell at home {providing we are well enough; feel good} while giving ourselves and those at home with us wonderful care–anything to get us through this madness. Go ahead and drink a Corona if you decide–nobody has the right to judge you for having a beer; and being that you’re the one quarantined in your own house. Everybody needs toilet paper who didn’t hoard stacks and piles of it.
  • EVERYONE will get the COVID-19– probably/possibly 80% of the population. It’s too saturated, now, not to contact it. Nobody is immune to it.
  • If you want to reach me without spamming me, trying to sell me something that I can’t resell, my contact info is on my FB page.
  • I’ve deleted so many people these last two days on social media; as many have deleted my name for being outspoken on my own material.
  • I can live with it. I don’t need a popularity vote from anybody to survive.
  • Every small business owner is already affected financially– every person in great magnitude. Might be in different ways, but everybody will be affected in all areas.
  • Take it easy, enjoy being home, work if you can at home: and don’t be so damn prideful in refusing to sincerely apologize for any wrong you may have done– but, again, people only listen if they truly care and truly love you…
  • Some people, still, will never get it–that it’s a matter of human decency and human equality. They’re too much into their religion and politics to see the very noses on their own faces. Should be pollyanna?–No, and I’m not sorry to say that there’s no excuse to be jerks, to hoard up supplies and foods, to be so damn self-centered/self-absorbed and greedy. That is unloving; spiteful to people who are on fixed incomes, and the elderly who live alone.
  • Stop apologizing for other people.
  • If you encourage family estrangement or are the instigator of permanent family separation, “karma” will bite you in the ass. Don’t ever say nobody warned you. It’s the principle and law of nature, family, and life.
  • Live and let live/learn and live.
  • We’re all like little sparrows trying to breathe with a mighty heart inside each one of us. Let’s do well, and actually do well unto others.
