Live & Let Live [25]

January 12, 2020 By Susan Nuyt Leave a Comment

  • I’m a grandmother!… and I will be a great one BECAUSE of the love that I have for my son... I learned this from where I came; again, thank you, parents and grandparents, who instilled family into my veins that go even deeper than my own.
  • It’s important to keep youthfulness inwardly and outwardly— in all areas as much as possible, for as long as possible.
  • Love is a gift of a lifetime.
  • “Don’t tread lightly on my heart; bruise it and come back to me”– It’s forever worth it all.
  • I love, love [this heritage].
  • The greatest things take the longest to bring forth and unfold.
  • Some things take a long time to develop; it’s a process that we go through in life.
  • I keep thinking of the manger scene, how it must have felt. It was the precedence and setting of what family really is, going far beyond a Christmas nativity scene…
  • Every heart is valuable; every beat, every tick of the time span that we’re given to replenish.
  • My bread basket is full.
  • God’s mercies are great.
  • There’s a good kind of trouble.
  • I’m in love, inside it.
  • Keep hoping, keep dreaming, keep reaching, keep going through struggles; there is a light waiting for you at the end of every tunnel.
  • Some delays were just meant to be; and after the fact/facts, you really wouldn’t want it to have been any different. Gratitude. It’s not just a word we say.
  • We are fragile, but made of steel.
  • The descriptive meaning of 25 is intuition, self-awareness, and curiosity… Live & Let Live [25]
<3 My father got him his first couple cowboy hats and pair of genuine leather black boots at a western/rodeo supply store in Kansas!… “Little Cowboy” is what my grandpa, my dad’s dad, Glen, called him… I can still hear his smile and cheerfulness in his voice when he spoke to my son… my great men.
