Learn & Live

March 28, 2018 By Susan Nuyt Leave a Comment

Here’s what I’ve been thinking about lately in the ongoing quest to learn and live… some of the things–

♥ The older you get, the more you keep learning.  And that’s a good notion.

◊ Some people seem to be hell-bent to age before their time.  And they don’t know that they don’t have to…  There’s nothing any worse than being clueless.

♥ Some nights are still long.

◊ How you do anything is how you do everything.

♥ People truly are different in different areas of the country, of a principality.

◊ We can have what we want if we just go for it.  Yes, really.

♥ A hypocritical person is unstable in all his/her ways.

◊ Life is simple, people just make it hard.  Not only for themselves but for others.

♥ Choosing to have and maintain a positive mind is choosing life.

◊ It can be a blessing to lose people through broken relationships, no matter how sweet some of the memories are/were.

♥ I’m thankful for all the bad that has happened to me, because I managed to turn each one into good.  Thank you, Lord.

◊ It’s important to give energy to what is deserved to be given time and attention to.

♥ There will always be men who think women are to be groped, cajoled, and had…

◊ Our nation is divided like our families are.

♥ No parent can be replaced, no child can be replaced.

◊ A bitter heart resides in a mean person.

♥ Although Blue Jays have a tarnished reputation for robbing birds’ nests, I still see them as a beautiful flicker of blue color fluttering from branch to branch; my love for birds.

◊ A dog sleeps more than a person.

♥ Easter is my favorite holiday, when the flowers bloom, and the ground awakes with green cover and clover.

◊ It’s good to appreciate life, and wise.

♥ A scornful mother is a mean mom.  Let’s fit into our halos, ladies.

◊ There’s more people to love in the world, to admire and be kind to; to help and give.

♥ This is an ongoing list.

◊ I love my life.
