It’s the beginning of (great) new beginnings, a new residency for Skirt in the Kitchen. We’re in the process of building the frame, we’ve poured the concrete. We’re thinking of where to put the stove, how to install a dishwasher properly–like that ought to be hard to do, right?!… We’ll get there so Skirt can cook to her heart’s content! Will she have her own podcast? Will she burn ears like she can burn toast? What about the local competition with IGA and those fresh greens? What can she busy her fingers in, next… We’ll find out, we’ll just have to see. You know she can still pack a mean punch on those liquored barbecued ribs!
