Skirt in the Kitchen
Brown 1 pound ground turkey. Add 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce, 32 ounces Swanson brand Chinese Hot & Sour flavored infused broth, cocktail onions, julianne carrots, fresh tarragon, salt and pepper. Cook tender into the broth white rice and sliced potatoes. Allow to cook more into a sauce. Slowly stir to incorporate 1 beaten egg. Stir cooked lo mein noodles into the sauce, then serve with your choice of grated cheese over all.
