These are made from Dollar Store finds– wigs, eyelashes, glitter skulls and added scary notions except for the silicone wine stopper used for a brooch.
Low-cost small cake pans from a flea market makes a sturdy base. Fasten the skull with duct tape. Cheap sparkly nail polish can touch up the teeth and anywhere on the face for some highlights.
Feathers give it an elegance, even on a Halloween decoration. Make early in time for craft fairs.
