~ Skirt in the Kitchen ~
[“fushion cooking”]
Having no disrespect to Jewish culture combining matzo with pork and dairy this time of year– It just makes a good breading for pork chops; crispy-soft coating presenting a moist meat, also giving it a good flavor along with seasonings.
Salt and pepper pork chops. Dip into whisked half and half milk and eggs.
Coat with Matzo meal.
Sprinkle with sweet Hungarian paprika, both sides of meat before placing in hot mushroom-infused olive oil.
Peel jicama– 2 medium.
Wash and slice 1 leek.
Fry in a separate skillet while pork chops are frying. Use the mushroom-infused olive oil or regular olive oil. Add diced serrano pepper, 1/2 of a diced onion,
and edamame (mostly used in Asian cooking).
