Rich and Moist: Sour Cream Chocolate Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Set oven temp to 350 degrees. Butter and flour 2 small cakes pans or 1 regular/larger pan. Bring refrigerated ingredients to room temperature.
Cream 1 stick softened unsalted butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
Whisk in 1 large egg, 2 large overly ripe mashed bananas, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Combine 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Stir into wet batter.
Pour into pan/pans and bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, crumb-free.
