Broiled Kitchen Bouquet Bourbon Blade Steaks
~ Skirt in the Kitchen ~
It’s a midnight snack for two.  The blades are small enough, having 2 for each, sharing 1 plate.

Have already marinated 4 blade steaks.

Marinate in a ziplock bag– 1/4 cup Kitchen Bouquet Browning & Seasoning Sauce, 1/4 cup Wild Turkey American Honey bourbon whiskey, hot and spicy seasoning flakes, coarse salt, and 1 onion.

Crumple the edges to make a rim, 3 sheets of aluminum foil.  Pour the juices and seasoning from the ziplock bag along with the blades onto the foil.  Slice 1 large bell pepper and 2 cayenne peppers.

Finally add dark brown sugar and a little more salt.

Make sure the steaks broil medium to medium rare so they are not easily over-cooked.  After 5 to 10 minutes, turn over; peppers and onions, toss, cook to just a slight crispness.
