Babe’s Bruschetta
~ Skirt in the Kitchen ~
Dice tomatoes (seeds excluded) and red onion.
Add chopped basil.
Toss in mozzarella pearls. Season with light touch of kosher salt, add freshly ground black pepper.
When hot from the oven, finely mince 1 garlic clove, adding its juice, evenly onto each toasted bread slice.
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil and top the bruschetta with black basil.
