Fennel Fried Potatoes ~

Slice gold potatoes, 1 fennel bulb and 1 white onion. Submit fennel green to fry with potato substance, leaving some for garnish when food has been cooked to serve. Put in 1 teaspoon mustard seeds with coarse salt and coarse black pepper when frying.
Fry into extra virgin olive oil in a black cast-iron skillet. Partially cover for the first few minutes of frying but do not keep covered to prevent mushing of potatoes.
